Simply enter the spectacle refraction using full cylinder component and axis – the calculator gives you the starting power for Enhanced Multifocal and adjustments to enhance distance and near.

Skip over-refraction -- simply adjust the on-eye lens.
For better distance, change by -0.25D on the dominant eye.
For better near, change by +0.25D on the non-dominant eye.
